The Perfect Brunch

I love brunch. And in my mind brunch consists of eggs, fresh fruit, some type of sweet treat, and lots of coffee!

I actually made this for breakfast on Easter, but we’ll pretend it was brunch!

On the menu:

  • Scrambled eggs
  • Fresh oranges
  • Bacon
  • And last but not least, Paleo Coconut Coffee Cake made using this recipe. It was amazing! And so easy to make! Plus, roasting almonds on the stovetop with honey and cinnamon makes me feel really awesome-like someone who might actually know what they are doing in the kitchen! And requires multiple tastings!

 Colorful spring flowers never hurt either!
